Passing Strange (MAP 2005) receives seven Tony Nominations

The MAP Fund is pleased to announce that the recently funded project, Passing Strange (MAP 2005), has been honored with seven 2008 Tony Award nominations!  A multidisciplinary ensemble rock musical that tells the terrifying yet hilarious story of singer/songwriter/cabaret philosopher Stew, the musical has received nominations for Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Original Score, Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical, Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical, Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical and Best Orchestrations.
