Important Information about the 2007 MAP Application

Just a reminder....

The 2007-2008 MAP Fund Grant Application Deadline is Friday, February 16, 2007!

Applicants must submit their proposals on-line by no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), February 16, 2007 (transmittal times appear on electronic applications).

Work Samples, which are required, are submitted through the mail and must be postmarked by February 16, 2007. You can also hand deliver your work samples to the MAP Fund Office from February 5 through February 16, 2007 from the hours of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. (The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday). Our office is located at 73 Spring Street (Suite 401), between Lafayette and Crosby in New York, NY.

Some important information to remember when preparing your work samples:

Send all your work samples in one package, labeled with the name of your applicant organization.
Be sure to print and include your work sample cover sheet.
Don’t put stickers on your DVD’s or CD’s, because they can cause the media to be caught in our machines.
Please print your account number on each of your samples so that we can pair your application with your samples when they arrive in the office. You can find your account number on your work sample cover sheet, in brackets, beside your applicant organization’s name.
